Hansberry CPA & Consulting, Inc. was
established in 1990.
Scott Hansberry, the founder, is a Certified Public Accountant who
holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and
a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He has more than
30 years combined experience in public accounting (including the
big 4), along with positions as CFO & Treasurer, Tax Director
and Pension Plan Administrator for a large, privately held,
multi-national, $220M manufacturing corporation and; as an
accounting professor.
Mr. Hansberry has experience with business acquisitions and
divestitures, industrial revenue bond placements, system analysis
and design, and pension investment responsibility. In addition, he
has had extensive tax and business exposure throughout the United
States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
Mr. Hansberry is licensed to practice as a CPA in North Carolina.
He is a member in good standing of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of
CPA's.
